ECCM’s service coordinators are individuals who are well-versed in resources within your community. Service coordinators can help find services that deal with our care management services for you and your family, whether it be for children or adults.

Administrative case management brings people who have or are at risk of mental illness in contact with the information, support, and mental health services they need.
