Job Requirements
- A high degree of professionalism and communication skills
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree (fields such as social work, psychology, or human services preferred)

- A valid driver's license and the ability to travel within service areas
What Does a Supports Coordinator Do?
Supports Coordinators help individuals and families access essential services by:
